Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
– 1 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (if using).
4. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish and brush the oil mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
