Here’s a recipe for Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge:

Ingredients

– 1 cup (200g) creamy peanut butter
– 1 can (14 oz/397g) sweetened condensed milk
– 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup (250g) powdered sugar
– 1/2 cup (115g) chopped peanuts (optional)
– 1 tablespoon (15g) unsalted butter

Instructions

1. Line an 8-inch (20cm) square baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
3. Gradually add powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture and mix until well combined.
4. If using chopped peanuts, fold them into the fudge mixture.
5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
6. Dot the top of the fudge with butter.
7. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm.
8. Cut the fudge into small squares and serve.

Tips

– For a creamier fudge, use high-quality peanut butter with a high oil content.
– If the fudge is too sticky, refrigerate it for another 30 minutes.
– Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
