Egg and sausage muffin new year special

Ingredients:

– 1 English muffin, toasted
– 1 sausage patty (homemade or store-bought)
– 1 egg
– 1 slice of cheese (American, cheddar, or your choice)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Cooking oil or butter

Instructions:

1. Cook the sausage patty according to your preference.
2. Fry the egg in a pan with a little oil or butter until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired doneness.
3. Assemble the muffin by spreading a layer of cheese on the toasted English muffin.
4. Add the cooked sausage patty on top of the cheese.
5. Place the fried egg on top of the sausage.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
