Ingredients
– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1 teaspoon dried parsley
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
2. In the CrockPot, combine garlic, chicken broth, white wine (if using), and butter. Stir to combine.
3. Add the seasoned shrimp to the CrockPot.
4. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-2 hours.
5. Stir in parsley.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

– You can serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
