Instructions
1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Make the filling: In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, heavy cream, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix until smooth.

5. Fill the pie crust: Pour the sweet potato filling into the pie crust.
