Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Caesar Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning if needed. Set aside.
- Assemble the Chicken Mixture
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with half of the Caesar dressing. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Prepare the Croissants
- Lightly toast the croissants for a crisp texture (optional).
- Build the Sandwiches
- On the bottom half of each croissant, layer a handful of chopped romaine lettuce.
- Add the dressed chicken mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and halved cherry tomatoes, if using.
- Drizzle with a little extra Caesar dressing for added flavor.
- Finish and Serve
- Place the top half of the croissant over the filling.
