– 4 hamburger buns
– 8 ounces (225g) ground beef
– 4 slices of bacon
– 4 slices of cheddar cheese
– 2 lettuce leaves
– 2 tomato slices
– 2 onion slices
– 2 pickle slices

Instructions
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. Cook the bacon slices until crispy, then set aside.
3. Form the ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
5. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a few slices of bacon, a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle.

– 1/2 cup (115g) grated cheddar cheese
– 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1/4 cup (55g) chopped fresh chives

– Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).
2. Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
3. Remove the fries from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
4. Sprinkle the grated cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped chives, and paprika over the fries.
5. Serve the cheesy bacon fries alongside the cheese bacon burger.
