– 4 eggs
– 1 cup of mushrooms (button or portobello), sliced
– 1 cup of baked beans (optional)
– 1/2 cup of grilled tomatoes, halved
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Toast with butter and/or jam (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the bacon: Grill or pan-fry the bacon until crispy.
2. Cook the sausages: Grill or pan-fry the sausages until browned and cooked through.
3. Fry the eggs: Fry the eggs in a pan with butter until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking.

8. Add toast: Serve with toast and butter and/or jam on the side.
