Sweetened Pecans Recipe
– 1/2 cup pecan halves

Instructions
1. Prepare the sweetened pecans: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In a bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Add pecan halves and toss until evenly coated. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly browned. Let cool completely.
2. Assemble the Brie: Place the Brie wheel on a serving plate or board. Spread the blackberry jam over the top of the Brie.
3. Add fresh basil and balsamic glaze: Sprinkle chopped fresh basil over the blackberry jam. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the basil.
4. Top with sweetened pecans: Sprinkle sweetened pecans over the top of the Brie.
5. Drizzle with honey: Drizzle a small amount of honey over the pecans.
6. Garnish with fresh blackberries and basil: Garnish with fresh blackberries and basil leaves.
