– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
5. Gradually mix in flour mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
6. Gently fold in blueberries and white chocolate chips.
7. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each cookie.
8. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
9. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
10. Dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving.
