– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
– 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
4. Cut out small squares, about 3 inches (7.5 cm) per side.
5. Place a small spoonful of cheese mixture onto one half of each square.
6. Fold the other half over the filling to form a triangle or square shape. Press edges to seal.
7. Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden glaze.
8. Place on prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch (2.5 cm) of space between each bite.
9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
