– 1 cup milk

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the curry
1. In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter or oil over medium heat.
2. Add the onions and cook until they’re translucent and starting to brown (5-6 minutes).
3. Add the garlic, ginger, curry powder, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Add the chicken and cook until it’s browned and cooked through (5-6 minutes).
5. Add the diced tomato and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Make the cheese sauce
1. In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
