– 1 cup (120g) crushed Oreo cookies

– 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup (60g) cornstarch
– 1/2 cup (120ml) buttermilk
– Vegetable oil for frying
– Powdered sugar for dusting
For the Whipped Cream:
– 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
– 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions:
For the Cheesecake Filling:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add the granulated sugar and beat until combined.
4. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
5. Stir in the vanilla extract and crushed Oreo cookies.
6. Pour the filling into a lined or greased 9-inch (23cm) springform pan.
7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
8. Cool completely.
For the Deep-Fried Oreos:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and cornstarch.
2. Pour in the buttermilk and stir until smooth.
3. Dip each Oreo into the batter, coating completely.
4. Fry in hot oil (350°F/180°C) for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
5. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
For the Whipped Cream:
1. Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Add the granulated sugar and beat until combined.
Assembly:
1. Slice the cooled cheesecake into pieces.
2. Serve with deep-fried Oreos and whipped cream.
