– 1/2 cup butter, softened

Instructions:
For the Sloppy Joes:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
4. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the flavors have melded together and the mixture has thickened slightly, about 10-15 minutes.
For the Garlic Bread:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Slice the Italian bread into 1-inch thick slices.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and softened butter.
4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly onto each bread slice.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
Assembly:
1. Split the garlic bread slices in half horizontally.
2. Spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto the bottom half of each bread slice.
3. Top with the top half of the bread slice.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
