– 1 pound ground beef
– 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika
– 1 package refrigerated biscuit or croissant dough (8-10 count)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, cooked bacon, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well with your hands until just combined.
4. Open the biscuit or croissant dough and separate into individual pieces.
5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the center of each dough piece. Fold the dough over the filling, pressing edges to seal.
6. Place the sealed dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space between each bomb.
7. Brush the tops with a little bit of melted butter.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
