Ingredients:

– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup plain yogurt
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Mixed fruit of your choice (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, grapes, banana, mango)
– Chopped nuts or sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until it becomes stiff peaks.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract.
3. Fold the yogurt mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
4. Cut the mixed fruit into bite-sized pieces.
5. In a serving dish or individual glasses, create a layer of the cream mixture.
6. Top the cream layer with a layer of mixed fruit.
7. Repeat steps 5-6 until all the ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of cream on top.
8. Garnish with chopped nuts or sprinkles, if desired.
9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
