Ingredients

– 1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers
– 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
– 1 teaspoon lemon balm leaves
– 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
– 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

1. In a tea infuser or a heat-resistant cup, combine the dried chamomile flowers, lavender flowers, and lemon balm leaves.
2. Pour in the boiling water and let it steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength of tea.
3. Strain the tea into a cup and discard the solids.
4. Add honey to taste, if desired.
5. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your soothing cup of tea!

Tips and Variations

– Use fresh herbs instead of dried ones for a more potent flavor.
– Adjust the amount of herbs to your liking.
– Add a slice of lemon or a cinnamon stick to the tea for extra flavor.
