Ingredients:
– 3 cups fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1/2 cup milk
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
4. Pour the wet ingredients over the peach mixture and stir until combined.
5. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9×13-inch glass baking dish.
6. Fill the pie crust with the peach mixture and dot the top with butter.
7. Roll out the remaining pie crust and use it to cover the top of the cobbler.
8. Crimp the edges to seal the cobbler and cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
9. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
