Ingredients:
For the Cake:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
– 1 cup caramel sauce
– 1 cup whipped cream
– 1 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, beat butter and eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla extract. Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture, beating until just combined. Divide batter evenly between prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
2. Assemble the Sundae Cake: Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of chocolate ice cream on top of the cake. Place the second cake layer on top of the ice cream. Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream on top of the cake.
3. Add Reese’s Topping: Sprinkle Reese’s Pieces and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups over the top of the ice cream. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Top with whipped cream and chopped peanuts.
4. Serve and Enjoy: Slice and serve immediately.
