Ingredients:

– 1 cup of cooked pork ribs (or beef/chicken), diced
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (optional)
– 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Scallions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles: Follow the package instructions to cook the noodles. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the wok: Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Stir-fry the onion and garlic: Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the wok. Stir-fry until the onion is translucent.
4. Add the mixed vegetables: Add the mixed vegetables to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked ribs: Add the diced cooked ribs to the wok. Stir-fry for another minute.
6. Add the seasonings: Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil to the wok. Stir-fry for another minute.
7. Combine with noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Stir-fry everything together for about 2-3 minutes.
8. Season with salt and pepper: Season the noodles with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Garnish with scallions: Garnish the noodles with chopped scallions.
10. Serve and enjoy: Serve the Rib Shake Noodles hot and enjoy!
