Instructions
1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cook the fries: Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (180°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain the fries on paper towels.
3. Season the fries: Sprinkle the fries with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
